I love this product, it's very efficient and really does what it's supposed to. I use it on the treadmill and it is the only one I have found on the market that fits perfectly as the handle bars on my machine are very thick. It enables me to work out in a lot more comfort, it is a little noisy on the higher speed but I find most times the lower one is sufficient and I have the TV switched on anyway so this doesn't bother me at all. I can thoroughly recommend this product.
