Customer Review: Ran it nonstop from August to November

In August 2008 I bought a Zippi fan to cool my Tivo satellite receiver. I don't know about other Tivo models but the Tivo that I have never sleeps, it's constantly recording the current channel, even when I shut the unit off! So it's always warm. In one of the receiver menus it displays the internal temperature, I pointed the Zippi fan at the unit and the temperature definitely went down. I let the Zippi run nonstop day and night from October until November with no problems, then I unplugged it for the winter. This week I plugged it in again so it's now starting its second season of Tivo cooling.
